Building a Kubeflow Pipeline demo - Part Four

Adding the evaluation step after the previous three parts turned out to be super easy. I was able to code the whole thing from scratch in about an hour, so I won't bother with any detailed instructions here, other than to say that the need for the ability to label data flow arrows in pipelines has become very clear to me. Since there doesn't seem to be a way to do this, here is an overlaid version of the diagram after the addition of step #4.
